In terms of the tools, Polarr also notably stands out: you can correct the contrast, brightness, and saturation subtly change the lighting adjust the sharpness, perspective, and distortion apply color overlays and even create your own custom filters. In this way, you can properly customize the interface to adjust to the tools you use most frequently. Just tap any of the icons in the various toolbars to move or place it wherever you want. One of the most interesting things about Polarr is that you can set up the interface however you like. This app can give a truly professional finish to all your pictures using dozens of different tools to help you achieve the desired result. Thanks for making my life easier for the last few years, i use it mainly to edit pictures of the Scottish Highlands (mainly around Loch Ness area, up the mountains) and being able to edit at this level and export at the qualities available is a total godsend.Polarr is a photo-editing app that lets you do much more than just use filters and apply small corrections. For me, version 5 has the features i need. That being said if adding/ editing text etc is something you don't need or use then you really can't go wrong here. On a consumer level, I want to use one app and sorry to say but if i can fix highlights on the other one and text, i wont be using Polar anymore. I don't mean to sound cheeky as I'm sure you know what you're doing but this simple feature is so foundational and basic in an editing app that you have opened me up to downloading other apps, with similar features and with the ability to edit and add text. I have kept on version 5 and won't update until it's back if it ever comes back. I never, ever review apps but I feel obligated to tell you that removing the text feature from this app has rendered it useless to me. It is hands down the best there is when it comes to functionality, usability and results. I've been using this app since it began across many devices.
